3. Each provision of these terms and conditions excluding or limiting liability shall be construed separately, applying and surviving even if, for any reason one or other of those provisions is held to be inapplicable or unenforceable in any circumstances.
4. No waiver by us shall be construed as a waiver of any proceeding or succeeding breach of any provision.
5. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion without stating a reason.

We make no representation or warranty, express or implied (including without limitation, warranties as to the quality or fitness for purpose) in connection with any product(s) supplied under these terms. In any event, sole liability and the user's sole remedy for any defective product(s) supplied under these terms shall be the replacement by All Things Bride and Beautiful Ltd of the defective product(s). All Things Bride and Beautiful Ltd shall not be liable for economic or financial loss or any special, indirect or consequential loss or damage whatsoever and howsoever arising.

You agree to indemnify and hold All Things Bride and Beautiful Ltd, any subsidiaries, affiliates, offices, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees, harmless for any claim or demand, including reasonable solicitors fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of the content you submit, post to or transmit through the site, your use of the site, your connection to the site, your violation of the terms and conditions, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.
8. You further acknowledge that some of the content is supplied to us (directly and indirectly) by third parties and accordingly we can offer no warranty of whatever nature in relation to such content.

10. Whilst we endeavour to provide a continual service, we accept no liability for any "downtime" of this site. We reserve the right to remove this site at any time either permanently or on a temporary basis for updating and upgrades.
11. The content of this website is for personal use only and must not be downloaded. You agree not to copy, distribute, reproduce or plagerise the contents including producing derivative work from the content, including products seen within photographs.

By using this site you acknowledge and consent that your personal details maybe passed to third party suppliers.

You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the availability of such external sites, and do not endorse and are not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products or other materials on or available from such sites. You agree and acknowledge that you are solely responsible for evaluating any goods or services offered by third parties via the site and that we will not be a party to or in any way responsible for any transactions between you and third parties.


Goods are offered by a third party ("Third Party Goods") where: you may make an enquiry with us regarding goods or services offered by any third party, we then pass that enquiry on to the relevant third party or you contact that third party yourself, and you may subsequently decide to purchase such goods or services.

Making A Purchase
WAYS OF ORDERING
1. Virtual Shopping
The Online Shop is an extension of our retail outlet(s). If you would prefer to come and see the products in person you are welcome to do so and details of how to find us are on our website www.brideandbeautiful.co.uk. Where appropriate products will be available through both mediums and in these instances the pricing policy will be identical.
However occasionally we may offer an item through one source and not the other. Therefore you may see some items on the internet that we do not stock in store(s) or vice versa.
Although our Wedding Gowns are not shown on the Internet shop, we can offer a bespoke dress from one of our ranges through a mail order process. However we believe this is an important purchase, relying on accurate measurements therefore we would feel more comfortable if a bride was able to come and try the garment on in our store before ordering.
2. Ordering by Post
If you chose not to order over the Internet or do not have a credit/debit card we are still able to process your order via Mail Order.
Simply print and complete the order form, send it to us with a cheque payable to All Things Bride and Beautiful Ltd, 24 Castle Street, Buckingham MK18 1BS and we will process the order as soon as the funds are cleared (usually within five working days)
3. Telephone Orders
We are happy to take orders by telephone during our normal opening hours which can be found on our website. Our order line number is 01280 814444
All products are subject to availability and may be changed at anytime. If your order cannot be fulfilled, you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund. All orders will be confirmed within 7 days by email.

ABOUT ORDERING

For items of clothing and non-stock items which have been ordered in a particular colour or specification for you we reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee equivalent to 35% of the item's retail cost.
In the event you are ordering a gown or dress, we recommend you refer to the size charts available on the site, and as a safeguard, telephone us on 01280 814444 or email webshop@brideandbeautiful.co.uk to verify which size should be ordered for you. When ordering a dress you are confirming that you have been measured, checked the size guide and are confident the dress will fit, with or without alteration.
Please note, where appropriate colour guides have been provided, these are intended as a guide only. Colour reproduction is as close as possible, subject to the limitations of the printed process.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Your order will be sent with a printed sales receipt including, where applicable, a credit card acknowledgement receipt. Orders are accepted on the condition that delivery is subject to stock availability. In the unusual occurrence that we are unable to fulfil your order we will not be liable for any loses incurred by our failure to deliver the goods in question. If you have agreed to an alternative item we will confirm this on your receipt.

We bring your attention to the fact that fabric colours can vary from batch to batch.

Payment will be debited from your account before the dispatch of your purchase.
We reserve the right to charge an administration and bank charge of £8 to all invoices where cheques have failed to clear.


CANCELLATION

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days , in writing, without giving a reason. This is your cooling off period.

Shipping And Handling DELIVERY CHARGES AND PERIODS

We use two different delivery methods Royal Mail and Initial City Link. The delivery charge within the U.K is £5 irrespective of the value or weight of the consignment.For consignments over 10kg or international destinations please call 01280 81444 for a price.

Full ownership is passed to you at point of shipment or commencement of service.

Once the goods have been received, all risk of damage to or loss of shall be with you. Goods shipped may required a signature.

All products are subject to availability and may be charged at anytime. If your order cannot be fulfilled, you will be offered an alterative or given a full refund. All orders will be confirmed within 7 working days by email.

If goods are in stock, orders placed before 3pm are despatched the same day. Delivery is approximately 3 working days from despatch, but generally it is much faster than this. Please make sure that someone will be available to receive your goods, as they may require a signature. Guaranteed next day delivery is available at extra cost, please call us for details.

Tax Charges PRICING AND TAXES

All pricing detailed on the site is deemed to be correct. Every effort is made to ensure prices are correct. Should errors occur we will advise you of the correct price before processing your order. If you decide not to continue then we will cancel the order immediately.

We reserve the right to change, without notice, any pricing in the case of error or in the case of the manufacturer increasing their prices.

All prices are shown in £ sterling and included VAT (where appropriate) unless the goods are zero rated.

The type of information we will collect about you includes your name, telephone number(s), email address and address.
We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.

All Things Bride and Beautiful Ltd does not disclose buyers' information to a third party except (i) where a third party needs your details to process an order and as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party. (ii) you have consented for us to pass your details on to one or a number of specific suppliers by way of introduction.

Occasionally and as a matter of good customer service we may use your personal information to inform you of events being held, new products and special offers. If you do not wish to receive such information, please contact us directly in writing to the Data Protection Administrator at 24 Castle Street, Buckingham. MK18 1BS and we will remove your personal information from our database.

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies or feel that we have not adhered to our commitment to protecting your personal information, please notify us immediately we will correct it promptly using all commercially reasonable efforts.

We keep your personal information for a period of 3 months after the date of the event. After this date information is archived.
We do not contribute to any shared or co-operative databases.
Returns Policy RETURNS

Upon receipt, it is your responsibility to check for faults immediately.
All goods must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt.
In the event that you should need to return goods to us, you must obtain an authorisation number from us. No goods will be returnable without this, to obtain this number contact us on 01280 814444 or email webshop@brideandbeautiful.co.uk.
When returning goods to us, the cost of postage and shipping is your responsibility unless the goods were damaged or faulty on receipt, or where through our error you received the wrong goods. You are responsible for the goods until they have been received back to us and we take no responsibility for items or damaged lost in transit from you. Therefore we recommend that you return goods using a method that gives you proof of despatch and receipt.
Refunds and exchanges will only be authorised for goods returned in their original packaging and condition. (Includes, but is not limited to: all original labelling still attached, packaging intact, no smoke smells, fake tan, dirty marks, alterations, signs of wear on shoe soles, signs of hair spray on tiaras.) No refund will be offered for goods returned where they have been used or damaged. Therefore please take particular care when trying on shoes as they will not be accepted back with marks and scratches to the sole.
In the event of exchanges we will be responsible for shipping costs of the replacement goods, where the originals were faulty or were by error on our part. Please allow the standard delivery periods to apply.
Any returns will be in the original payment method.
